5 Martell Street has been sold!

We are happy to announce, that we have sold the property located at 5 Martell Street! The property is a three-bedroom single-family house.

The property required a multi-sector reconstruction due to its poor visual and technical condition.

From the outside, the facade has been refreshed in bright colors. The windows and doors have been replaced, and an additional window has been installed in one room.

The main room behind the entrance to the house was enlarged by removing the wall that separated the stairs.

We put ecru-colored walls throughout the house. It is a color that adds warmth and affects well-being. There is a variety of styles on the floor – laminate flooring in the living room, tiles in the kitchenette and bathroom and carpet in the other rooms.

We have installed stylish radiators with long, narrow ribs. They take up very little space and at the same time have an elegant appearance.
