We purchased a property at ul. Słowiańska in Łódź!

We purchased a new property and became its co-owners.

It is a residential tenement house located at ul. Słowiańska 15 in Łódź. The total area of buildings is approximately 1000 m2 on a plot of less than 600 m2.

The facility is located in a very good location – perpendicular to ul. Przybyszewskiego, which is connected with important communication junctions of the city – al. Śmigłego-Rydza and ul. Kilińskiego.

As in the case of our previous projects, we intend to give the tenement house its former splendor by refreshing it from the outside and renovating it inside.
