Żytnia 7 – new property has been purchased!

We are pleased to announce that we have purchased another property! It is a tenement house located at ul. Żytnia 7 in Łódź.

Żytnia connects two important transport hubs in Łódź – Lutomierska and Drewnowska, and is also located in the immediate vinicity of the city’s main shopping center – Manufaktura. In the vicinity the is the Staromiejski Park, one of the largest green areas in the center of Łódź, as well as pharmacies, bakeries and primary, secondary and vocational schools.
